On the surface, the order sounds like a comprehensive and powerful one.<\/p>\n<p>But is it really? Microsoft, along with most other big genAI creators, welcomed the order, with <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BradSmi\/status\/1719006411089449166\">Microsoft Vice Chair and President Brad Smith calling it<\/a> \u201canother critical step forward in the governance of AI technology\u2026.
